We've got to fight, for our right...TO FISHHHH!!!!

This Saturday at THE PARK in Bay Street Tweed Heads, 60 minutes are set to do a follow up story at a fishing rally where both the NSW fisheries and Greens will debate over the planned changes to stop fishing across Australia.

Guest speakers for fisher’s at the event include Ben Diggles, Ken Smith, Bob Kearney, Richard Brown and a few others that hope to be able to make it.  These speakers represent our cause very well so it's important to show them your support. The Greens have been invited by 60 minutes, as well as others who are against the parks.

How can you help?

Get out there this weekend with your friends, family, fishing buddies and show your support for the fishing cause by getting behind the speakers.

Don't let the greens get the better of you and try to restrain from getting into any altercations with them as that is what they want. Remember you are there to show your support for the fishing cause, not fight with the other side.

As there will be TV cameras at the event, bring any banners or other highly visible things that help convey our message.
