Freediving courses - Video

Here is the last of my blogs about Freediving Courses. I was fortunate enough to have Rune Hullam there to capture the whole dive on video, my first 100fter. The marker ball on the rope where I turned was at 35m however my watch only registered a dive of 33.8m.

After watching this video I can see that my technique has improved a hell of a lot compared to when I first started diving and the only thing stopping me from getting deeper now is perfecting an advanced equalisation technique. This freedive course really taught me a lot about myself and what I am capable of so with some more training and time I will be ready to tackle the level 3 course and 40m+.
