Ceviche Fish Recipe with Mark Labrooy

Whether you're after the perfect side or the tastiest salad, this delicious Ceviche recipe by Mark Labrooygoes above and beyond. It's simple, fast and the freshest way to enjoy your freshly caught fish.
Ingredients
- 400g fresh Spanish Mackerelcut into fine slices
- 1 ripe mango cut into small dice
- ½ red onion finely sliced
- 1/3 bunch rough picked coriander
- 150 ml hot sauce ..I use the Three Blue Ducks hot-sauce
- Juice of two lemons
- Juice of 1 lime
- Olive oil to garnish
- Flaked salt to taste
Lay out sliced mackerel on a serving dish, dress heavily with hot sauce and citrus juice, layer with mango, onions and coriander.
Serve and eat immediately.
