Adreno "Win Your Cart" Giveaway 

1. PROMOTER: This giveaway is held by ADRENO & Wetsuit Warehouse

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The giveaway promotional period will be 32 days duration with 2 winners announced every Friday. Adreno may extend this promotional period with any sale extensions.
   1. Commencing 0900 AEST 19 June June 2024
   2. Final entries close at 11:59pm AEST 21st July 2023 
   3. Two winners will be drawn throughout the week and announced every Friday during the first 5 weeks of the promotion and the following Monday at the completion of the promotion. There will be a total of 12 winners throughout the giveaway. The dates which winners will be announced are below:
      1. 21/6/2024

      3. 2/7/2024
      4. 9/7/2024
      5. 16/7/2024

3. THE PRIZE
   1. Each winner will receive the following. Maximum total prize value will not exceed their submitted entry or the value of $1,000AUD in vouchers.
      1. Adreno or Wetsuit Warehouse Vouchers
      2. Adreno or Wetsuit Warehouse Vouchers to the value of their purchased items in a single transaction and only the amount in the submitted entry. Other transactions will be considered seperate entries and cannot accumulate to increase the prize value.
   2. The original order is not to be refunded if chosen as a winner. The original order can still however be exchanged.
   3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   4. The vouchers are only valid for online orders and will have a 12 month expiry from the date issued.
   5. Vouchers may be withheld for a period of over 30 days after the winning transaction was made.
   6. Vouchers will be issued at the end of the EOFY Sale and are only redeemable in a single purchase.
   7. Purchases made with the voucher are not to be refunded.
4. HOW TO WIN:
   1. Entrants must make a valid purchase at Adreno during the promotional period
   2. Each transaction can only be one entry
   3. To enter, participants must upload a photo of the below to their Instagram Story tagging @adreno_official
      1. A photo inside our in-store frame
      2. A screenshot of your order confirmation
   4. Three winners will be selected at random once per week
   5. Winners must provide their order number and receipt for verification.
   6. Failure to meet the Terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification. In this instance, the promoter reserves the right to:
      1. Cancel the prize, or
      2. Withhold the prize, or
      3. Select another winner, with or without the official announcement of the new winner
5. ENTRANTS:
   1. Entrants must be over 18 years old to enter
   2. Entrants must be Australian residents and currently residing in Australia
   3. By subscribing and entering the competition, you agree to have your full name displayed on our various marketing channels as part of the winner announcement.
6. THE DRAW:
   1. The winner of the competition will be drawn at random from the pool of entrants
   2. The Winner will be notified in writing via the nominated email.
   3. There will be only 12 total prize winners
   4. The results drawn are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   5. The winners will be contacted no later than 7 days after the dates they are drawn.
   6. Prizes will be emailed directly to the winners through the email address supplied and linked to their order
   7. Winners will be required to provide proof of age to receive the prize. Failure to meet the entry requirements of being over the age of 18 will result in the winner being disqualified.
   8. In the instance of an unclaimed prize, winners may be redrawn.
      1. If the competition winner does not respond within 72 hours, Adreno may draw a replacement winner.
      2. If a replacement winner has to be drawn, details of the winner will not be made publicly available
   9. Recipients of the vouchers will not be able to return, refund or exchange any item on their winning entry purchase.
7. FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/META: By entering this competition you agree to release Facebook/Instagram/Meta of any liability or obligation related to the entry and you acknowledge the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram/Meta.
8. CONTRACT LAW: All agreements and contracts shall be subject solely to Australian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Participants have the obligation to ensure entries are received on time.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Laws of Australia. Your personal information shall not be provided to any third parties outside of Wholesale Diving Supplies Pty Ltd and affiliated ADRENO brands.
11. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS: By submitting your email and/or mobile number you authorise Wholesale Diving Supplies Pty Ltd. (And affiliated Adreno brands) to be able to contact you with information pertaining to the competition as well as further marketing communications, including but not limited to sales and promotions. All marketing communications will have unsubscribe options to exclude entrants from further marketing related communications not pertaining to the giveaway.
12. CONDITIONS: In the instance of a dispute, the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant. The promoter also holds the right to cancel, change or postpone any aspect of this promotion or the prize. Entrants who are found to have engaged in foul play, deceptive behaviour, illegal conduct will be disqualified.

Adreno End of Financial Year Sale Catalogue Promotion - Terms and Conditions

The Adreno End of Financial Year Sale (the "Promotion") runs from June 19, 2024, to July 21, 2024 (the "Promotion Period").

Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers who make purchases during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Details
The Promotion applies to the items listed in the Adreno End of Financial Year Sale Catalogue.

Discounts and offers available during the Promotion Period are as stated in the Sale Catalogue and on the Adreno website.

Discount Conditions
Discounts are applied at the point of sale.

No additional discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes may be used in conjunction with the offers available in the Sale Catalogue.

Discounts do not apply to shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. Stock levels may vary and certain items may sell out quickly.

Adreno reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value in the event of stock unavailability.

Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are subject to Adreno's standard return policy.

Products purchased during the Promotion Period that are returned or exchanged will be refunded or credited at the sale price.

Changes and Cancellations
Adreno reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a cancellation, customers will be notified, and refunds will be processed for any cancelled orders.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adreno will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Promotion.

Adreno is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may result in an inability to participate in the Promotion.
