Learn to FREEDIVE ON THE CENTRAL COAST 

The Central Coast has some of the best access to deep water in NSW. We dive in the protected waters inside Terrigal haven and on the spectacular HMAS Adelaide wreck! Inside the haven the water is 10 metres deep and completely protected. It’s the perfect place to start your freediving journey. On the HMAS Adelaide wreck we get 36 metres depth. The wreck is surrounded by schools of kingfish and it makes for an amazing spot for our deeper dives!

The Central Coast has a long stretch of stunning beaches and dive sites. It’s a shame to live here and not dive!
