    • Time:Elapsed dive time underwater for the specific dive
    • Minute to Surface:Minute to surface considers ascent time with required decompression or safety stops, while maintaining an ascent rate within safe standards.
    • No Decompression Time (TLBG):The tissue loading bar graph, or “TLBG”, is a visual representation of the no-deco time, which is the amount of time you can stay at a present depth before entering decompression. The Oceanic+ app will monitor your no decompression limit and O2 accumulation during a dive to calculate your remaining dive time.

    • Safety Warnings:Safety warnings are customizable and displayed as visible and/or haptic notifications to the user during the dive for decompression stops, safety stops, ascent rates, and more.
    • Safety Stop:A safety precaution after each dive is to pause for 3 minutes at 15 feet (5 meters) prior to the final ascent. This allows for the diver to release any residual nitrogen still in the body. Note the safety stop time could be longer depending on a variety of factors including no decompression time and ascent rate.
    • Time To Surface:Displays the estimated time to reach the surface without exceeding the ascent speed of 32 ft per minute plus any decompression stop time if the diver has entered into decompression dive plus a safety stop of 3 minutes.
    • Decompression Stops:Once a diver has exceeded the no decompression limit, mandatory decompression stops will be activated and will vary based on the depth and time spent at a particular depth. We recommend even with advanced training to always stay within your no-decompression limits. Your variometer will indicate the decompression ceiling along with a decompression time and countdown timer.
    • Nitrox:Nitrox refers to any air (nitrogen/oxygen) mixture with more than 21% oxygen.
    • Nitrox Ready up to 40%:This means this product is suitable for Nitrox gas mixes up to 40% oxygen.
    • PPO2:Stands for the partial pressure of oxygen which is affected by your current depth or atmospheric pressure. It is important to note when changing the oxygen percentage in settings for Nitrox mixes, the MOD calculation appears which is the maximum allowable depth for the selected gas.
    • Max Depth:Maximum depth reached during your current dive will be displayed.
    • CNS + PPO2:CNS is an oxygen clock displayed in number of minutes remaining based on your PPO2 levels while PPO2 is partial pressure of oxygen at that point during the dive. Increases in PPO2 cause the CNS exposure time to decrease rapidly.
    • Pre-dive Menu:This is a summary of your pre-dive settings which include your gas mixture (ex. Air 21%), maximum planned depth/time, altitude, and more. It is launched from the menu, the action button, or auto-launch. Pre-dive allows you to check the selected settings prior to the dive, and even update them through the crown and action button in shallow water.
    • Compass:3D Tilt-Compensated Compass can be accessed during the dive, including setting a dive heading.
    • GPS Location:Adding to its unmatched convenience, the Oceanic+ logbook automatically tracks your start and end point through GPS and will autosave the session for future reference. No more forgetting to manually record each dive in your logbook, it’s done automatically.
    • Total Dive Time:This is the total expected time underwater for your next dive
    • Max Depth:This is the maximum planned depth for your next dive
    • Gas Mix:The Oceanic+ app has the ability to manage multiple tanks during the same dive. Make sure you have the appropriate level of training for this type of activity.
    • Conservatism:This option changes the conservatism level of your decompression algorithm. These are factors that could increase the possibility of decompression sickness. It is recommended that you choose the option based on your personal diving experience. If you are unsure, we recommend using the default or most conservative setting.
    • Gradient Factors:The Oceanic+ app employs the unmodified Bühlmann ZHL-16C algorithm with gradient factors. Gradient factors are used to lower the maximum tolerated supersaturation in the tissues with respect to Bühlmann’s original values. This results in less nitrogen in the body at the end of the dive, which under normal circumstances makes the dive more conservative. Gradient factors are expressed in pairs: the first value, also called GF low, represents the percentage of the original Bühlmann value that defines the beginning of the final ascent (relevant only in decompression dives); the second value, also called GF high, represents the percentage of the original Bühlmann value that defines the residual nitrogen at the surface at the end of a dive.
    • Altitude (Auto):The Oceanic+ app can be adjusted for diving at different altitudes. This setting automatically adjusts the decompression calculation according to the given altitude range. WARNING: Traveling to a higher elevation can temporarily cause a change in the equilibrium of dissolved nitrogen in the body. It is recommended that you acclimatize to the new altitude before diving.
    • Surface Intervals:This is the time on the surface between dives.
    • No Fly Time:No fly displays the time until flying is safe. The countdown starts immediately after a dive is made for 24 hours. No fly time is important prior to travel to ensure any residual nitrogen is removed from the diver. After each dive, the no-fly time will be calculated based on DAN no-fly time.
    • Logbook:In addition to seeing the classic dive profile of your depth and time, you can activate an overlaid graph with temperature information, ascent rates, and no-deco time throughout the entire dive profile. Each dive log features the ability to add dive visibility, surface conditions, and currents.
    • Gear Locker:In addition, the logbook features a gear locker that allows you to keep track of gear used, as well as how long it has been in service and scheduled service dates.
    • Share Your Dive:Lastly, through the social component, connect with dive buddies, share logs with friends, rate your favorite dive spot, and save photos for each dive including the GPS location tag.
    • Surface Mode:After surfacing, Oceanic+ immediately shows your last dive profile including depth, time, and other important information. This surface mode also shows the surface time, and the recommended no-fly time, along with the estimated maximum allowed elevation. After the no-fly time has elapsed, the surface platter disappears, and all dive data is stored in the logbook.

    iPhone housing disappointing

    Very disappointed with what have used so far Have not yet payed the subscription fee as of yet. Required to open housing between dives to stop dive mode. Not able to zoom in or out when using video mode. Does colour correction while diving but requires you to pay subscription to edit images after diving.

    Eligibility Conditions

    Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Adreno reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

    • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact PLU code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. We can only refund or exchange products provided they haven't been used in the water and are undamaged.
    • Adreno is not responsible for mis-handling of products or ill-treatment of goods.
    • Adreno is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
    • Adreno is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise bought from us including lost or stolen equipment.
    • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
    • If returning a wetsuit for warranty assessment, please ensure the wetsuit is thoroughly dry inside and out, otherwise there will be a delay in processing your return for hygiene reasons.

    Final Sale & Non-returnable Items

    • Purchases via our Tightass Tuesday promotion cannot be exchanged or refunded.
    • Clearance product from our monthly “Timed Sales” are eligible for return or refund. Exchange as long as stock is available of same item.
    • Special order products or any other items indicated on our website as "Discontinued" or "Special Order" are non-refundable. These may incur a re-stocking surcharge and be returned as a voucher or store credit.

    Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.


    Returns & Exchanges

    Securely pack all items that you would like to be returned and post mark via registered mail with tracking info as we are not liable for shipments which may go missing during transit. Please include the following with your package:

    • Return must be accompanied with completed Return Authorisation form (below) and a copy of original receipt or invoice.
    • Detailed note as to the reasons of the return
    • Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange
    • All items must be returned in original/unused condition.
    • Unless an item is defective, if you would like an exchange, our standard freight charges apply, unless you provide a post parcel with your return.

    Please allow 7-14 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

    Refunds & Credits

    Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your account from received date. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.

    Purchases made via gift voucher will be refunded as a new gift voucher, they cannot be refunded as cash.

    We pride ourselves on fantastic customer service and our delivery & shipping service is no exception. We like to keep things simple by offering two flat rate services and free shipping over $300. Select from $9.99 Standard Shipping or $19.99 Jump The Queue shipping. Shipping surcharges may apply to your order.

     

    Free Shipping on orders over $300: To qualify for free shipping simply spend over $300 in a single order.  Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent using out Standard shipping method, as outlined below.  Surcharges such as Jump The Queue, PO Box delivery and delivery to remote areas still apply.

     

    Standard - $9.99: Orders shipped to metropolitan areas are typically delivered within 2 - 4 days of the dispatch date, allow an additional 1 - 2 days for picking and packing of your order. Tracking details will be provided so that you can track the progress of your order.

     

    Jump The Queue - $10: Orders placed before 2 pm AEST are packed and dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 2 pm AEST are packed and dispatched the following business day. You'll receive tracking details so you can follow the progress of your order.

     

    PO Box Surcharge - $10: Shipping to PO boxes incurs an additional charge from our couriers. Any item over 1m in length can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

    3. When will my order be delivered?

    Once your order has been received we aim to dispatch for delivery within 2-6 business days (excluding weekends) to major cities within Australia. We are unable to give an accurate delivery time estimation as it will vary depending on whether you live in a major city or in a remote location. 

    Deliveries to offshore territories can take up to several weeks to arrive.

    For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post or StarTrack. Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays.

    5. Will I get charged duties or taxes?

    Within Australia, prices are inclusive of Australian GST, however, depending on which country you live in, there may be additional taxes or import duties imposed at the receivers end. Adreno is not liable for these charges and it is up to the customer to liaise with Customs regarding their delivery.

    In Australia there will be no additional costs.

    7. I ordered some items on the weekend, when will I receive them?

    Our dispatch team operate from Monday to Friday and therefore any orders from the weekend will be shipped as soon as possible on our return to work the following Monday depending on volume of orders.

    If you would like to guarantee your items are dispatched as soon as possible, there is an option during the online checkout process to select ‘Jump the Queue’ for a small additional fee.

    If your order has not been processed by our team then we are able to cancel the order however, please make sure you call us as soon as possible on (07) 3895 8119 and quote your order reference.

    10. How do I get my order shipped ASAP?

    When you place your order, you will be given an option to purchase 'Jump the Queue' for an additional $10. If we receive your 'Jump the Queue' order and payment before 2pm QLD time, your order will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the 'Jump the Queue' order is made after 2pm, it will be dispatched the next day.

    11. Do you deliver same day?

    Unfortunately we are unable to offer same day delivery. There is a ‘Jump the Queue’ option for an additional $10 where if we receive your 'Jump the Queue' order and payment before 2pm (QLD time), your order will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the 'Jump the Queue' order is made after 2pm, it will be dispatched the next day. To arrange this just tick the relevant box during the online order system or call us to place your order over the phone on (07) 3391 2299.

    All Jump the Queue orders are also covered by Australia wide shipping insurance so you don't need to worry about your order going missing in the post. This insurance covers you against loss or damage that may be incurred during the shipping process.
