Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTER: This giveaway is held by Adreno Spearfishing and Your Mates Brewing co.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The giveaway promotional period will be 6 days in duration with the winner announced the following week
   1. Commencing Sunday 24th of July 2022 at 12:01am AEST
   2. Final entries close Saturday the 30th of July at 11:59pm AEST
3. THE PRIZE
   1. The total prize value is $609.96 RRP
   2. The prize is for two entrants to share and includes each individual receiving 1x LARRY ICEBOX 25L | LIMITED EDITION, 1x Carton of Larry Beer and 1x $150 Adreno Spearfishing Gift Voucher. Therefore the total prize is two of each item listed - shared between the two winners.
4. HOW TO WIN:
   1. All entrants must be over the age of 18 and currently residing in Australia.
   2. All entrants must be following @adreno.spearfishing and @yourmatesbrewing on Instagram

   3. All entrants must have either tagged a friend in the comments or been tagged in the comments of the pinned post on @adreno.spearfishing & @yourmatesbrewing Instagram profiles.
   4. Each comment can only consist of 1 tagged friend
   5. Each comment is 1 entry, entries are unlimited
5. THE DRAW:
   1. Winners will be drawn on Monday the 1st of August 2022 and announced via our social media accounts.
   2. Winners will be contacted only via our official Instagram account @adreno.spearfishing or @yourmatesbrewing
   3. Winners will be selected at random from the comments
   4. Prizes will be either collected by or posted to the winners, and logistical arrangements will be handled by the designated marketing team at Devote Digital.
   5. Winners will be required to provide proof of age to receive the prize. Failure to meet the entry requirements of being over the age of 18 will result in the winner being disqualified.
   6. In the instance of an unclaimed prize, winners will be redrawn.
      1. An unclaimed prize will be deemed after 2 weeks of no response from the winner after being contacted. This chosen winner will then be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen
      2. Winners will be continuously drawn until the prize is claimed by the selected entrants.
6. FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/META: By entering this competition you agree to release Facebook/Instagram/Meta of any liability or obligation related to the entry and you acknowledge the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram/Meta.
7. CONTRACT LAW: All agreements and contracts shall be subject solely to Australian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Participants have the obligation to ensure entries are received on time.
9. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition is governed by the Privacy Laws of Australia. Your personal information shall not be provided to any third parties, but you do authorise Wholesale Diving Supplies Pty Ltd. (And affiliated Adreno brands) and Your Mates Brewing co. to be able to contact you with information pertaining to the competition as well as further marketing communications.
