Important Information Relating to Cyclone Alfred

We're writing to inform you of potential temporary disruptions to our services in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, due to cyclone Alfred. The cyclone is expected to reach the South East Queensland coast late on Thursday 6th of March, extending through the weekend.

• Shipping Delays: Online orders, dispatched mostly from our Brisbane warehouse, may experience delays - it is possible our warehouse will be inaccessible due to flooding and or extreme winds. We're working hard to minimise any impact by fulfilling online orders from our other outlets where possible. We appreciate your patience.
  
• Store Closures: Our South East Queensland retail locations (Woolloongabba, Aspley and Gold Coast) may experience temporary closures. Please call ahead if you plan on visiting - contact us.
