About the Role:
  • Retail and Customer Service Experience preferred, on the job training provided
  • Occasional weekend work required
  • Has exceptional customer service skills
  • Is willing to take on new duties and task as required
  • Has great sales and communication skills
  • Is flexible and has a can-do attitude.
The successful candidate will:
  • Assist the customer service team with taking phone calls relating to; online orders, warranties and returns, logistics, tracking, trouble shooting, general help.
  • Answering customer queries through our social media portals including Facebook and Instagram as well as through our Live Chat and online sales portals.
  • Liaising with the warehouse and Adreno retail outlets nationwide to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with couriers to determine outcomes for delivery time frames, express international shipping, and domestic deliveries in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate with our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Gold Coast stores for customer orders and collections.
  • Booking of dive trips and coordinating with customers for upcoming dive trips.
  • PC Skills (Microsoft suite) and understanding of Shopify and Retail Express an advantage.
