About the Role:
- Retail and Customer Service Experience preferred, on the job training provided
- Occasional weekend work required
- Has exceptional customer service skills
- Is willing to take on new duties and task as required
- Has great sales and communication skills
- Is flexible and has a can-do attitude.
- Assist the customer service team with taking phone calls relating to; online orders, warranties and returns, logistics, tracking, trouble shooting, general help.
- Answering customer queries through our social media portals including Facebook and Instagram as well as through our Live Chat and online sales portals.
- Liaising with the warehouse and Adreno retail outlets nationwide to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with couriers to determine outcomes for delivery time frames, express international shipping, and domestic deliveries in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Gold Coast stores for customer orders and collections.
- Booking of dive trips and coordinating with customers for upcoming dive trips.
- PC Skills (Microsoft suite) and understanding of Shopify and Retail Express an advantage.
- We’re looking for someone with a fun out going attitude, who is happy to talk about diving and the ocean all day long.
